This policy covers jarrahly.com, which is operated by Jarrahly in Northam, Western Australia. Jarrahly lists home-based part-time roles and passes applications to the businesses that offer them; the business, not Jarrahly, is the employer. You can write to Jarrahly at careers@jarrahly.com. Jarrahly follows the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Two kinds. First, what you type into the application: your name, mobile number, email address, the role you chose and anything extra you decide to add, with required fields clearly marked. Second, the WhatsApp message you send the Jarrahly HR team, which shows your WhatsApp display name, your number and whatever you wrote. If you email Jarrahly, we also receive your email address and message.
Yes, the routine details any website receives: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. The Jarrahly hosting provider keeps these to operate and protect jarrahly.com, and Jarrahly does not link them to applications.
If a required field is empty, Jarrahly may not be able to contact you or pass your application to the employer. Optional fields can simply be skipped.
Please never send passwords, one-time codes from text messages, bank or card numbers, your tax file number or photos of identity documents. Jarrahly never needs or asks for these, and deletes any that arrive.
To reply to your application and send role details, to pass your application to the employer for the role you picked, to answer questions sent by email or WhatsApp, to keep records of applications and conversations, to handle complaints and misuse, and to comply with the law.
Jarrahly does not sell, rent or trade personal information and does not use applications for marketing. Should another role seem a better fit, Jarrahly will ask your permission before your details go anywhere for it.
Only the people at Jarrahly who handle applications, plus the employer behind your chosen role. Jarrahly names the employer and explains what will be shared before any introduction is made.
Cloudflare hosts and secures jarrahly.com and forwards email sent to Jarrahly. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser loads them from Google. WhatsApp, owned by Meta, carries messages between you and Jarrahly HR. Each works under its own terms. If Jarrahly adds another service, such as a form tool or advertising tag, it will be named here before it is used.
Jarrahly discloses information to authorities only when legally required, or when legally permitted and reasonably needed to look into misuse or protect the rights of a person.
Applying to Jarrahly has two steps: the form, then a WhatsApp message to HR. Our button only opens WhatsApp with suggested text to the Jarrahly HR number shown in the chat header. It is not sent until you press Send yourself. No WhatsApp? Write to careers@jarrahly.com and Jarrahly will arrange another option.
jarrahly.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary security cookie may be set by our host to stop automated abuse. Blocking or deleting cookies will not stop the Jarrahly site from working.
Not at present. As of the date above, jarrahly.com has no advertising tags, remarketing or analytics installed. If that changes, Jarrahly will first update this section with the provider's name, what it receives and your choices. Your name, phone number and email are never placed in tracking events or links.
Some of Jarrahly's providers, such as Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp, process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Jarrahly applies the Australian Privacy Principles to these disclosures, and you can ask careers@jarrahly.com for more information.
Jarrahly keeps application records for no more than twelve months after the last genuine contact about a role, then deletes them. Ask and Jarrahly will delete earlier; records are kept longer only if required by law or an open dispute. Server logs usually expire within 30 days.
Traffic to jarrahly.com is encrypted with HTTPS and application details are limited to the Jarrahly staff who process them. If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, Jarrahly will tell you as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Not always. An employer or WhatsApp may keep its own copy, which Jarrahly does not control. Jarrahly will tell you who to contact.
Yes. Email careers@jarrahly.com to access, correct or delete your details, withdraw your application or raise a concern. Jarrahly may check your identity, aims to reply within 30 days and will explain if something cannot be done. Withdrawing cannot reverse an introduction already made.
Let Jarrahly know and your record will be updated.
Jarrahly does not use automated decision-making. Applications are read by people, and hiring decisions rest with the employer.
jarrahly.com is for adults looking for work. If Jarrahly finds a child's information, it is deleted.
Email careers@jarrahly.com and describe what happened. Jarrahly will investigate and reply in writing. If you are unhappy with the outcome, reply and someone at Jarrahly who was not involved will review it from the start.
Knowing the role lets Jarrahly send you the right training link and pass your application to the correct employer. If you are unsure, you can say so in your WhatsApp message and Jarrahly HR will explain the options before anything is shared. You can change your choice at any time before an introduction is made, simply by messaging HR or emailing careers@jarrahly.com.
Jarrahly keeps the chat so HR can see what was already discussed and avoid asking you twice. Messages are read only by people handling applications. You can ask Jarrahly to delete the conversation from its side at any time, although your own copy and WhatsApp's records are managed by you and by WhatsApp. Jarrahly never forwards your chat to marketing companies.
Yes. You can stop your application with Jarrahly whenever you like by messaging HR or emailing careers@jarrahly.com. Jarrahly will stop contacting you about roles, will not introduce you to any further employers and will delete your details in line with the retention section, unless the law requires Jarrahly to keep a record for longer.
Jarrahly relies on the details you give, so please check them before you submit. If HR notices something that looks wrong, such as a mistyped number, Jarrahly will ask you to confirm it on WhatsApp rather than guess. You can correct your details at any time by messaging HR or writing to careers@jarrahly.com.
Jarrahly may revise this policy and will show the new date above. Where required by law, Jarrahly will notify you before a change affects information it already has.
